	Head Teacher - Joan Francis Head Teacher Joan Francis has been at Curbar School since 1987 and teaches Years 5 and 6 four afternoons each week. Joan studied Drama and English at Goldsmiths (London) and has been responsible for some of the many productions at Curbar Primary School, incorporating music and drama and in which children throughout the school have enjoyed their first taste of stardom!
	Senior Teacher - Linda Berry In July 2006 we were delighted to appoint Linda Berry as our new Key Stage 1 teacher. Linda trained in Blackburn and has many years experience working in primary schools. In November 2010 Linda was appointed as Senior Teacher. Linda has made an excellent start to her career, building on strong foundations whilst bringing a wealth of skills and ideas to the infant class. Linda has quickly gained the trust of children, parents, staff and governors and is set fair for a successful future here at Curbar Primary School.
	Teacher - Claudie Pattison Miss Pattison was first appointed in 2009 to cover Mrs Hartleys maternity leave but is now teaching Year 3 & 4. Claudie originally studied Genetics at Leeds University before converting to Teaching and is responsible for Science in school.
	Teacher - Lynsey Gregory Since training at Nottingham Trent University Miss Gregory has had 19 years teaching experience in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire. She enjoys reading, swimming and cycling and is looking forward to working in our small primary school.
	Specialist Teaching Assistant - Diana Bingham Diana Bingham has Specialist Teaching Assistant qualifications and vast experience in the Foundation Stage. She works extensively with children in the Reception year.
	Teaching Asisstant - Denise Greaves Denise works with individual and small groups of children mainly focusing on Literacy and Numeracy.
	Teaching Assistant - Lisa Patterson Lisa currently works with Year 3 & 4 children.
	School Cook & Cleaner in Charge - Carol Wilson Carol is both our school cook, who prepares fabulous, fresh, tasty school meals daily on site, and our cleaner in charge.
	Kitchen & Dining Room Assistant - Jane White Jane helps Carol prepare and serve our beautiful, fresh, tasty school meals which are cooked on site each day.
	Amy Rumney Mrs Rumney joined the school in September 2011. She is job sharing with Mrs Ayres and is in the office on Wednesday Thursday and Friday mornings.
	Secretary - Sue Ayres Mrs Ayres is School Secretary and carries out many duties that help the school run smoothly and efficiently.
